HELM (M) ACAT Course

This course was designed to ensure Officers and crew are competent in regards to the Human Element, Leadership and Management Course set out by IMO Model Course 1.39. The Training Course provides masters and chief mates, as well as chief engineer officers and second engineer officers revalidating their Certificates of Competence (CoC), with training, guidance and actual practice in human behaviour, leadership and management at the management level. This course is set out for a REFRESHERS ONLY and does not count towards revalidating your Certificates of Competence (CoC).
