It is very important to make sure you have the lasted software installed on your ECDIS system. From inspections it is still clear that many ECDIS systems being used are not update. All systems will have a way of showing the software versions you are running and show the Presentation Library. Please check your ECDIS systems and make sure you are using the lasted versions.
